JobShot is a work-report app for field-service pros. Snap before/after photos, jot a quick note, and AI writes a polished completion report you can send to your customer.

Quick Start

  1. Tap New Job — enter the job title and customer name.
  2. Split the job into sections (e.g., Driveway, Patio) and add before/after photos for each.
  3. Jot a short note — AI turns it into polished sentences.
  4. Tap Generate AI Report and your customer-ready report is done.
  5. Copy the share link and text it to your customer. That’s it.

Save your recurring job setups under Settings > Job Templates to reuse them with one tap.

FAQ

Is it free?

Your first 10 reports are free — 10 in total for the account, not 10 a month. Regenerating a report or editing it with AI uses one as well. After that, a monthly subscription gives you plenty of reports for normal business use (fair-use limits apply).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to [Settings > your Apple account > Subscriptions] on your iPhone, or manage subscriptions in the App Store app. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

90 days by default — you can change this in [Settings > Profile]. Expired links stop working; regenerating a report updates the content at the same link.

Is my customers’ information safe?

Report links and photo URLs are randomized and hard to guess, and report pages are blocked from search engines. Anyone with the link can view it, so share it only with your customer. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Does the AI see my photos?

No. Only text (names, job title, notes) is sent to the AI to write the report — photos are never sent. Photos are stored only for displaying your reports.

I don’t like how the report came out.

Add a bit more detail to your notes and regenerate. The AI never invents facts that aren’t in your notes — so the best way to highlight your work is to mention it in the note.

Can I write notes in one language and send the report in another?

Yes. Pick the report language on the generate screen — for example, write your notes in Spanish and send the report in English.

What happens if I delete my account?

[Settings > Delete Account] removes everything immediately — jobs, photos, reports — and shared links stop working. Save any reports you need first.
